Enhanced passwords
Infinity’s password security policies help you keep
your data secure. All users will need to use a minimum of 10 complex characters and update their passwords every 90 days.
Roles-based access
No one will see things they shouldn't! Our roles-based access ensures your data is only seen by the right eyes.
Data redaction
Detect and immediately remove sensitive details like addresses and card numbers so you can record and store calls without compromising privacy.
Account level 2FA
As an administrator, you can easily enforce 2FA for all users. Once active, they’ll be prompted on next log in to adopt 2FA in order to access data in the Hub.
Single Sign On (SSO)
Secure access doesn’t have to be complex. Enterprise users can configure SSO via an identity provider to streamline the authentication process.

Thanks to AES256 encryption and transmission through TLS 1.2 encryption all your data is kept safe and secure.
